Haas states that its Insulated Steel 2000 Series is 2 inches thick with a full thermal break, a 0.094 tested U-factor, environmentally compliant polyurethane insulation, and 26-gauge galvanized steel. The 700 Series is 1-3/4 inches thick with a full thermal break and a 0.093 tested U-factor.
The 600 Series is 1-3/8 inches thick with a full thermal break and a 0.106 tested U-factor. All three carry environmentally compliant polyurethane insulation and 26-gauge galvanized steel per Haas.
Polystyrene Options
Haas also lists polystyrene-insert doors. The 2400 Series is 2 inches thick in 24-gauge galvanized steel with a 0.215 tested U-factor available with a polystyrene insert.
The 2500 Series is 2 inches thick in nominal 24-gauge galvanized steel with a 0.231 tested U-factor available with a polystyrene insert.
